How to order & Payment Questions

How to order?

• To order, click the ‘ADD TO CART’ button of the item you want to purchase.

• Click ‘VIEW CART’ and review the item/s. From here you can calculate the shipping cost to your address. You can choose to have your order shipped by courier, meet up with us, or pick up your order at our dojo.

If you choose to have your order shipped by courier, enter your zip/postal code and the shipping cost to your area will appear. Be sure to enter the correct zip/postal code to avoid delay or problems with the delivery of your order.

• After reviewing the details of your shopping cart, you may now proceed to checkout.

• Enter your billing and/or shipping details. If you already have an account, simply login.

• Review the total and choose your preferred way to pay for your order. Please note that payment by Meet up, Pick up, and COD is not applicable for orders outside Metro Manila.

• You may make use of the ‘Order Notes’ field to indicate additional details especially for meet up, pick up, and COD options.

• When you’re done, click the ‘PLACE ORDER’ button.

• An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address with our payment details so you can proceed with your payment. If you choose to personally pick up your order, you’ll receive an email with the details of the pick up/meet up/COD.

What currency is ₱ ?

Philippine Pesos.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our preferred payment method is by bank deposit or online fund transfer to our Metrobank, BDO, or UnionBank EON accounts.

We also accept:

• COD (Cash On Delivery) within selected areas of Metro Manila only
• Western Union, LBC Pera Padala, M Lhuillier Kwarta Padala, etc.
• Credit card through PayPal (+ 5% of the total amount).

All types of payment should be made in full including shipping cost before we ship out your order.

How do I pay by credit card?

To pay with your credit/debit card, simply choose PAYPAL/CREDIT CARD in the payment options and click the PROCEED TO PAYPAL button, and you’ll be redirected to PayPal’s website. You don’t need to have a PayPal account for this, just enter your credit card details in PayPal’s secured site and you’re all set! If you have a PayPal account, just login to your account.

Please note that there will be an additional charge of 5% of the total cost for credit card/PayPal payments.

Do you offer “meet ups” and/or COD (Cash On Delivery)?

Meet ups is only at Pioneer Center Supermarket, Brgy Kapitolyo, Pasig (with an additional charge of PHP 100 for the meet up fee). View the map to Pioneer Center here. Cash On Delivery (COD) is only available within selected areas of Metro Manila and delivery charge is PHP 150 – PHP 350 depending on the distance from Mandaluyong City. Time and date to be arranged. Please send us a message first to check if your area is covered by our COD option and for the delivery charge.

Can I pay by COD if I reside outside Metro Manila?

Unfortunately no, as the courier we use does not offer COD.

Can I pay a deposit first then pay the balance when I have already received my order?

No. Payment should be made in full including shipping cost before we ship out your order.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Just send us an email with your order number if you want to cancel or edit your order.

Can I reserve an item?

If we have several stocks of the item you want to reserve, we can reserve it for you without any reservation fee but only for 7 days. If after 7 days you have not purchased the item, we will open the sale to others. If you want a guaranteed reservation, you may avail of our layaway plan below.

Do you have a layaway plan?

We actually have a layaway plan for those who wish to own their own katana but don’t have immediate funds:

• Applicable to all sword items.
• An initial deposit of 25% of the item price is required.
• Partial payments of any amount (without any interest) can be made at anytime and you will receive a payment notification email for each payment made towards the balance due. You can choose to pay every 15th and/or 30th of the month or whenever you have the funds.
• You have 90 days to complete your payment.
• The initial/partial payment can be paid either through meet up or bank deposit/money transfer. However for meet up, there will be an additional charge of PHP 100 as a meet up fee.
• The item can be claimed or shipped out after the last payment (including shipping cost/meet up fee if applicable) is received.
• You may cancel your layaway order anytime within 2 months. If you have already made partial payments, this will be fully refunded to you. However, only 50% of your initial deposit will be refunded to you.
• Changes cannot be made to this layaway order. If you no longer desire the specified item, you must cancel your order.
• Item/s not fully paid by the due date will be open for sale to other potential buyers and the initial deposit will not be refunded (only your partial payments will be fully refunded).
• Refunds will be sent in the same way you sent your payment or other convenient methods (less transaction fees if applicable).
• Discount coupons cannot be used for layaway orders.

To avail of our layaway plan, just place your order on our website. Then indicate in the ‘Order Notes’ field during check out that you’ll be paying via layaway plan.

Can I pre-order an item? What are your terms?

Pre-order is only available for items with the PRE-ORDER button. Unfortunately, we don’t offer pre-order for items that are currently out of stock.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT
• A down payment of 25% of the item price is required (exclusive of shipping cost/meet up fee).
• You can choose to pay via any of our payment methods stated in our FAQ page.
• Your remaining balance (plus shipping cost/meet up fee if applicable) can be paid when the item is already available and is ready to be shipped or picked up.
• Your amount due should be settled up to a week after the item is already available. Otherwise your pre-ordered item will be offered to others and your down payment will not be refunded.

AVAILABILITY / SHIPPING
• By placing a pre-order, you agree to patiently wait for the item to be available by the estimated date.
• Due to potential, unanticipated manufacturing and shipping delays, we cannot guarantee the exact date of availability. Should there be any delays, we will inform you via email and post an update on our website and Facebook page.
• Your pre-ordered item can be claimed or shipped out after you’ve settled your remaining balance (including shipping cost/meet up fee if applicable).

CANCELLATIONS
• You may cancel your pre-order, but only 50% of your down payment will be refunded.
• If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued.
• Refunds will be sent in the same way you sent your payment or other convenient methods (less transaction fees if applicable).
