Do I need to create an account to place an order?
You can place an order as a “guest” if you don’t want to create an account. But we recommend registering for an account so you can easily track the status of your orders and manage your shipping address.

Sorry but your username cannot be changed. You can email us to delete your account and you can create a new account with your desired username.

How do I track the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, go to your ‘My Account & Purchases‘ page. You can also go to ‘Track your order‘ and enter your order number (which is found in the order confirmation email you received after placing your order) and email address. In this page you will see the status of your order.
What does the status of my order mean?
On-hold – your order has been received and currently being reviewed
Processing – your payment has been received/confirmed and your order is already being processed
Completed – your order has already been shipped
Cancelled – your order has been cancelled
How do I use a coupon?
After adding an item to your cart, click ‘VIEW CART‘ or proceed to ‘CHECKOUT‘. In this page, you’ll see a box where you may enter your coupon code and you will see the discount applied in your cart totals. You need to use your coupon before the expiry date. Otherwise you won’t be able to use it.
Please note that coupons cannot be used for layaway orders and for Scratch & Dent items.
