A big thanks to Animax Philippines for inviting us to their event: Animax Carnival Philippines 2016 last October 15-16, 2016 held at the SMX Convention Center, Pasay City, making this event our 7th exhibit.
We weren’t allowed to sell our products as we were only invited to display our samurai swords and samurai armors, and accommodate people who wants to wear our full suit of armor. We still had a lot of fun! The beautiful, very talented and dedicated geisha cosplayer in the Philippines, Monique Dimanlig – CP Coulter visited our booth; as well as Jin (behindinfinity) who arrived in her Takeru Sato/Rurouni Kenshin cosplay, along with our live action movie version of the Sakabatou Katana.
Here are some photos our high quality Japanese style samurai swords, katana, and samurai armors in the Philippines!
We’d like to say thanks to everyone who visited our booth at Animax Carnival Philippines 2016 and to Animax Philippines for inviting us.
A big shout out to our good friends Renz Rebalbos and Lex Alcala for their selfless and wholehearted support in this event, and another thanks to Lex for bringing his new personal armor to be put up on display. We’d also like to thank the organizers for having two of their staff, Bianca Laxamana and Luis (not in photo), assist us. Our gratitude goes to Alni Leonardo and Konryu Shin for helping out on the 2nd day.
Even though we’re not allowed to sell swords at the event, we still had a great time. It was nice to see the very talented and dedicated geisha cosplayer in the Philippines, Monique Dimanlig – CP Coulter once again, and the awe-inspiring Jin (behindinfinity), who also got the chance to wear our armor.
‘Til the next event!
