Product Description

Kami is the Japanese word for a god, deity, divinity, or spirit.

Raijin and Fujin are among the most feared and respected Japanese deities. These two gods are the masters of lightning and storms, two devastating meteorological phenomena in a country regularly hit by typhoons.

Raijin is the Japanese god of thunder, lightning, and storms. He is usually depicted holding hammers surrounded by drums. He often has 3 fingers on each hand representing the past, present, and future.

Fujin is the Japanese god of wind. He is depicted holding a bag of winds. He usually has a messy appearance and wild hair from all the wind. He often has 4 fingers on each hand – one for each direction.

Okay, this will be my first review on the first katana I ever had but not the last.

Just as I draw this sword, I couldn’t help but to say “wow”. The the handle and all of it’s parts are just perfect. Very tight even though how much I tried to move it. The fittings are spectacular, I wiggled it and all is still tight. Although the guard has a little “scar”, I don’t mind it since the design is great. Speaking of designs, I just love the design of the Saya, very artistic depiction of Raijin and Fujin. Sageo is really tight. The only problem I have is that the Saya is a bit loose. I wiggled it and it’s not long till it falls. Anyways, on to the stabby stabby part and it cuts great. I took it for a few swings and it cut through things no problem. Side note, I love the hamon, super awesome.

Overall, it’s not perfect (nothing is perfect), but it’s still an amazing katana that would surely please alot of people.

Thank you to the customer service who’s really fast and informative, to the one who made this, to who package and sent this, and to Geishablade and all of it’s staff as a whole.
